Merguez Sausage
Mergues Sausage is a traditional North African lamb sausage that is full of flavor and spice, without becoming hot. We offer our recipe in either frozen links or bulk for $10/pound. Shipping can easily be arranged.
Seasonal Vegetables
We grow vegetables to support our family, neighbors, local farm markets and restaurants. CSA shares can be arranged with and without meat. Call for what is in season and pricing.
Wool from our sheep are combined with 2 other local sheep producers and spun into yarn. The blended yarn contains Corriedale, Romney, Suffolk and other fleeces. Each 4 oz. (250 yards) skein is hand dyed in small batches to offer a wide selection of colors, priced at $12/skein. Current colors inlcude: natural white or brown, bronze green, copenhagen blue, egyptian red, navy blue, plum, silver gray green, strawberry, maize, mummy brown, bright puple, old rose, hunter green, mahogany and orchid.
