Those of us that have been lucky enough to experience the enjoyment of life along two-lane rural roads understand that we need to give back. At Guini Ridge Farm we believe in this principle. Our small family owned and run farm seeks to provide our community and neighbors a diverse locally produced offerings of quality meat, specialty Merguez Sausage, yarn, pelts, vellum and seasonal vegetables, as well as our Katahdin and Suffolk Sheep breeding stock and market lambs.
At our family run farm in mid coast Maine, we continually seek and incorporate more sustainable farming practices to produce quality products with limited impact to the environment, that our family enjoys and we can share with our neighbors.
Our Katahdin sheep are bred and selected for adaptability, easy keeping and finishing on pasture. We only use top balanced NSIP rams to breed to our top performing ewes, ensuring the best stock possible for our farm operation and offering as breeding stock to other producers. Our bred rams have ranked in the top 10 balanced rams for the past 2 years. We most often have quality breeding stock and market lambs available for sale.
